Over comers Community Outreach Ministries was founded as a prayer and Bible study group in June 2004 by Rev. Elaine M. James. It has grown into a thriving, ever-expanding organized church ministry, co-pastured by her and husband, Rev. Ralph E. James. The mission of the church is to " LOVE, ENLIGHTEN, UPLIFT, and EDUCATE " its members and the community it serves with an uncompromisisable gospel of truth. To exemplify that truth in the grace and love of God, makes salvation available to the world through our Lord and Saviour,Jesus Christ, the Son of God. ALL ARE WELCOME.
