Victoria Presbyterian Church

We are a church whose congregation has been around since 1905. Currently, in the process of rebuilding our congregation after suffering a substantial and devastating membership loss followed by years of continual atrophy. as we struggled to find God's path for us and to reengage with the community. We are now, just recently, feeling the joy and hope in serving God and finding his path laid out before us. We small in number now, but we are diligent and tenacious, with a long history as a community resource through our outreach and service. We collect food and clothing for our local mission, Riverside City Mission, we've opened our doors to four Alcoholics Anonymous and one Marijuana Anonymous groups; 3 other congregations needing a home: Iglesia Cristiana Biblica, Faith Hope Love Ministry, and Hosanna International; and three community-based chorales: Raincross Master Chorale, Riverside Mission Belles, and Sierra Linda Master Chorale. Most recently we have installed a Community Prayer Mailbox, where our unique location at the trail head of a popular historic walking trail provides us with the foot traffic to take in prayer requests from the community at large and lift them up during our Sunday service and post them on our webpage for those who find us on the internet lift up as well.
