About Temple of the Living God
The Temple of the Living God is a family oriented church where anyone is welcome. We enter into the presence of God through worship, enjoying a variety of music including Contemporary Christian, Praise and Worship, Southern Gospel, and even some traditional hymns at times. We believe in the power of the Holy Ghost and operation of the gifts of the Spirit. We love each other and offer to everyone grace and truth through which they can find hope, healing and restoration in Jesus Christ. If you are saved and have a servant's heart, we welcome you. We have many opportunities available for you to take part as we grow, especially in the areas of children and youth ministry. If you do not know Jesus, please come. We want to introduce to real love and grace in Him.

Statement of Faith
We believe:
• The Bible is the divinely inspired, infallible word of God.
• In one God eternally existing in three persons; namely, the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
• That Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father, conceived of the Holy Ghost, and born of the Virgin Mary. That Jesus was crucified, buried, and raised from the dead. That He ascended to heaven and is today at the right hand of the Father.
• That all have sinned and come short of the glory of God and that repentance is commanded of God for all and necessary for forgiveness of sins.
• That justification, regeneration, and the new birth are wrought by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ; that all who come to the Father must do so through the Son.
• In sanctification subsequent to the new birth, through faith in the blood of Christ; through the Word, and by the Holy Ghost.
• In water baptism by immersion, and all who repent should be baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
• In the pre-millennial second coming of Jesus. First, to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to Him in the air. Second, to reign on the earth a thousand years.
• In the bodily resurrection; eternal life for the righteous, and eternal punishment for the wicked.
We also believe:
• In the baptism with the Holy Ghost subsequent to a clean heart.
• In speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance and that it is the initial evidence of the baptism in the Holy Ghost and a source of strength and edification.
• In the nine gifts and the nine fruits of the Spirit as taught in the New Testament, healing is provided for all through the sufferings of Christ.
And finally, we believe the world will know we are Christians by our love.
