Most people ask why the name Authentic? We believe that each of us, regardless of our past, were created to have a genuine "authentic" relationship with God. It is when we live out that relationship that we encounter God's plan for our lives. Authentic Church Miami wants to make a lasting impact on our community, around the world, and most importanly in your life! We want to be the movement God always envisioned the church to be. That is why we are all about leading others into an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. It is the only way that our vision will be possible. It is the driving force in everything that we do.

The Bible: We believe in the divine inspiration of scripture. It was written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. Because it is inspired by God, the Bible is truth without any mixture of error.

Trinity: There is only one true God - revealed in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (commonly known as the Trinity). Although each member of the Trinity serves different functions, they each possess equal power and authority.

God the Father: God the Father is the creator of Heaven and Earth. By His word, He supernaturally created the world out of nothing for His glory. He rules over all and together with the Son and the Holy Spirit, wants a fallen world to have a relationship with Him.

Jesus: As God's son Jesus was both human and divine. He is co-eqaul with the Father. Born of a virigin birth, Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all mankind by dying on a cross. He defeated death in His resurrection so that we could have life.

Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son as God. He is present in the world to make mankind aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every believer from the moment of salvation. He provides the believer with assurance, strength, and wisdom in understanding and applying God's word to their lives.

Mankind: Mankind was made in God's image. As the supreme object of God's creation, mankind was created to have a personal relationship with God. Though originally made perfect, mankind willingly fell to sin - ushering evil and death, both physicial and spritiual, into the world.

Salvation: Salvation occurs when people place their faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ as sufficient payment for their sin. It is a gift from God and cannot be earned by our own effort to be good. Since it is a gift of God and not earned by our own efforts it cannot be lost. Eternal life and a restored relationship with God begin the moment one recieves Jesus Christ into his life by faith.

Eternity: Mankind was always created to exsist forever. Either he will exist in union with God in Heaven or separated from God in Hell. Heaven and Hell are literal places and serve as locations of eternal existence.

The Church: The church has been entrusted with the greatest mission ever given to mankind. The local church serves as the Body of Christ and consists of the people who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ. The purpose of the church is to glorify God by loving Him and by making Him known to the lost world
