About Wellington Shaw Christian University
Hello,
I represent the Wellington Shaw Christian University. We are an online, post-secondary university offering certifications and degree programs from Associates through Doctorate degrees in the areas of Christian Psychology, Christian Science, Theology and Ministry.
One program of interest is our Second Chance Program. This program was developed specifically for those who may have made some poor choices in life and have demonstrated the desire and wiliness to change, the opportunity for a college education. Those interested in the WSCU Second Chance Program are required to submit a 500-word essay on why they deserve a second chance and what they would do with it if given the chance. They are also required to submit at least one letter of recommendation from their pastor, minister or spiritual advisor. If the applicant does not have a high school diploma or equivalent, WSCU offers volunteer tutors who will assist student in obtaining their GED and qualify them for acceptance into the Wellington Shaw Christian University. Once enrolled, if the student maintains a minimum GPA of a 2.5 or better, WSCU will cover 100% of the student’s tuition cost all the way up to and including their doctorate degree! WSCU allots three places each semester for this program and we would appreciate any support and assistance in promoting this program.
