The Purpose of Mount Moriah A.M.E. Church is:
* To glorify the Almighty God and Jesus Christ .
* To create an atmosphere of Praise, Prayer, and Worship based on the Word of God.
* To evangelize to the lost and to equip the Members of Ministry and edification through discipleship and nurturing, leading them into full participation in the life of the Body of the Church and Community.
*To support home and foreign Missions with prayers, sharing and other resources.
