Thereby Equipping and Empowering the Saints to complete the works of service originated by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Ultimately, assimilating and converting all those we come in contact with through our behavior and the Gospel we share.

Perfecting The Saints Church International (PTSCI), is a non-denominational Church that is established on the Love of God. We believe in teaching The Word of God with precision and balance that enables the hearer to apply it to their everyday life.
We don't believe it is enough to go to church to receive a spiritual uplift without experiencing spiritual growth. When taught with precision and balance, the word of God will transform our thinking and empower you to live victoriously. Once our thought process changes, then our character, communication, our conduct and our environment will follow suite. Pastor Jeff accepted his call into the ministry in 1999; he is a continual student of all aspects of theology. He has received multiple certifications with various organizations including the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), "Caring for People God's way". In addition, Pastor Jeff is certified as an Anger Management Specialist with Century Anger Management and listed as a provider for the state of Georgia with United Way. Moreover, while faithfully submitting to 20 plus years of impartation and the tutelage of Dr. Creflo A. Dollar he has become a vessel of honor and meet for the Masters use.
Pastor Jeff is the Founder and CEO, of Perfecting The Saints Church International and The Advisory Group in Hampton, Georgia. He is also the Author of two books, “Governed By Love”, and “Soulitary Confinement”. Moreover, he serves as an Instructor with the World Changers Bible School and is the Georgia Regional Ambassador of Creflo Dollar Ministerial Association in College Park, Georgia.
His unique ability to teach Gods word with precision and balance is attributed to His "spiritual dad" and world renowned Pastor, Dr. Creflo A. Dollar.
