OUR MISSION
ALL are welcome here
We envision Johns Creek Christian Church as a Christ-centered community of faith that seeks to engage the larger community. We embrace diversity and inclusiveness by reaching out in love to all we meet.
We envision a community joined together by the Holy Spirit as we worship, pray, study and serve together. We share and study the Bible as a source of truth and inspiration which points to God's continuing work and presence in the world.

ABOUT JOHNS CREEK CHRISTIAN CHURCH
We welcome all who seek to follow Jesus regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, ethnicity, marital status, physical or mental ability, family configuration, political affiliation, economic circumstance or theological perspective.
BELIEFS
Here is a partial list of those things that characterize the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ):
The weekly celebration of the Lord's Supper - Our worship and spiritual life centers around the Lord's Table. Through communion we feel especially connected to ourselves, to one another and to God.
Believer's baptism by immersion - Following the earliest tradition of the church, we show our commitment to God by being lowered into the water and "washing" away our sins.
Open membership - Even though we baptize a particular way, we accept the baptism of other Christians when they come into membership in our church.
An attitude of tolerance - Every person is different, and so is every Christian. We do not expect everyone's interpretation of the Bible or the Christian life to be exactly the same.
