Our Mission
To carry out the Great Commission that Jesus left for His followers in Matthew 28:19-20: "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world."

About Advent Christian Church
Our church is Christ-centered, Bible-believing, and Family-oriented. We worship on Sunday in a rather traditional manner though we welcome all serious worship modes and expressions if they honor God. The only dress code we have is that whatever is worn be modest. We are a conservative congregation believing that the Bible is our sole rule of faith and practice. We welcome visitors and members without discriminating about origins, ethnicities, etc., as long as they accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

We believe that accepting Jesus Christ for salvation is necessary; that the Bible is our only rule for faith and practice; that the Holy Spirit has been sent as Jesus promised and is available to strengthen and comfort us; that immersion is the preferred mode of water baptism; that the resurrection from the dead is necessary for eternal life as I Corinthians 15 clearly proclaims; that the Lord's Supper (Communion Service) should be held on a regular basis in "remembrance of Him," as He said; and that the family of God should not neglect public worship together as Hebrews 10:25 states.
