We Believe
ONE GOD - Creator and Sustainer of all things. Exists eternally in 3 persons: Father, Son, Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19
BIBLE - Divinely inspired. Old and New Testaments have authority and are the only written Word of God. Holy Spirit preserves God's Word and by it speaks God's truth to people. 2 Timothy 3: 16-17
HUMANKIND - created in the image of God. Image marred in every part by Adam and Eve's disobedience. We need a right relationship with God and can't do so on our own because of sin.
JESUS CHRIST - God's eternal Son, born of a virgin, suffered, died and rose from the dead on the 3rd Day. He is now at God the Father's right hand making people right with the Father through faith. Philippians 2: 5-11
JUSTIFICATION - God justifies (makes right) all who trust in Jesus... We then begin to live in holiness (purity) through this faith. Romans 3: 21-26
ENTIRE SANCTIFICATION - God calls us, in a moment of full surrender, to have whole-hearted love for God and others. This does not make us faultless, we must live daily by faith in Christ Jesus.

God invites us all into a personal relationship and reveals His nature as we worship Him as Creating Father, Redeeming Son, and Life-Empowering Holy Spirit. At Hillside, excellent multi-generational worship is offered in three distinct styles on Sunday morning. There is no dress code, so please come as you are.
GROWING in the GRACE of GOD
Growing in the grace of God simply means we learn how to live as one who loves God, is redeemed by the Savior, Jesus Christ, and empowered to live a life that really matters by the Holy Spirit.
SHOWING the LOVE of GOD
A natural extension of our growing love for God is to show that love to others so they too may come to know Jesus. Loving our neighbors takes many forms at Hillside through ministries both on and off our campus, inside and outside our walls; reaching those in need both locally and around the world.
