Welcome to One Vision Outreach Training Center. One Vision Outreach Training Center was founded by Reverend Michael Gary and Reverend Dr. Mallory Gary, October 16, 2007. The staff at One Vision Outreach Training Center is committed to strengthening individuals and families by demonstrating God’s love, and providing examples of gifts, talents, and everyday experiences being used to impact communities and the world.
