The purpose of Calvary Baptist Church is to glorify God by carrying out the Great Commission of Jesus Christ, reaching the world with the Good News of salvation, welcoming new believers into the body of Christ, bringing them to maturity, equipping them for ministry, and commissioning them in the world wide missionary endeavor.

At Calvary Baptist Church in Derby, Kansas, our goal is to proclaim the preeminence of Jesus Christ. We want to give Him glory in everything we do; our worship, our teaching, our fellowship, and our lives. We'd love for you to join us as we love Him and serve others.
We're located at Rock Road and Patriot Avenue in Derby, Kansas. 1636 E. Patriot Ave.
We invite you to come worship with us this Sunday. Sunday School starts at 9:15, and the Morning Service begins at 10:30. We have Sunday School classes for all ages: Nursery, Kids, Teens, and Adults.
During the morning service, safe and clean childcare is provided. Nursery (0-1 yrs.), Wee Church (2-3 yrs.), and Junior Church (4 yrs.-2nd grade).
We love music! Our music style is traditional, with a mix of hymns and modern choruses.
You, as our guest, will not be called out during the service or made the center of attention. Our desire is that you would focus on the Lord and your relationship with Him. Our service includes a time of giving, but there is no expectation of our guests to give.
We don't have a dress code, but many wear more formal attire.
