OUR MISSION

Know Him. Love Him. Show Him.
Our mission is that all would know Him. Within our church and throughout our world, we want everyone to experience authentic relationship with God through salvation in Jesus Christ by the Holy Spirit.

In that relationship we bring the greatest glory to God when we love Him. True love of God results in obedience to His Word and a deep, active love for those around us. This love leads us to show Him.

We show Him through Bible-based teaching, our community of believers, and outreach. We are a light, a city on The Hill, shining God’s light for all to see.

ABOUT THE HILL MINISTRIES

The Hill Ministries began in September of 2020, but we have our roots in 1970 when Victory Assembly of God was founded in Bonner Springs, Kansas, on a hill. In 2010 Victory Assembly added a satellite campus, known as Shawnee West Christian Center, on our property in western Shawnee. At the end of 2019, we broke ground for our new facility. On July 4th, 2021 both campuses and congregations united with a new identity and a new purpose, on The Hill!
