Forest Baptist Church

The purpose of Forest Baptist Church as a local body of believers, connected to a global body of believers, is to follow the example set by the Apostles and the early church. We strive to do this by concentrating all of our efforts to be obedient to the Great Commission found in Matthew 28:19, which says, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.” Our purpose is not to gather together for meaningless religion but rather to fellowship together out of sincere devotion and obedience to God. As we gather, we gather with the purpose of being equipped and encouraged in order that we might exhaust our gifts and resources for the Glory of God, and fulfill our mission by telling a dying world about our living Savior and to help those who are in need.
