Word Alive Church

We believe in One God, manifested in the form of three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that man fell from Grace in the Garden and thereby sin was imputed to all mankind. We believe Jesus came to Earth to redeem mankind, first being born of a virgin, and growing into manhood where He was baptized in the Holy Spirit and with power to proclaim that He was Lord. We believe He suffered and died on the cross for our sins, that he was buried and was resurrected after three days, where He ascended to Heaven, sprinkling His blood in the Holy Place completing our redemption. We believe He sits at the right hand of God now ever making intercession for the saints. He has given those who accept Him the Great Commission to spread the Gospel to all mankind and He has equipped them with power to do this by sending His Holy Spirit to fill us with the evidence of speaking in tongues. He has also given the five-fold ministry to the Church for the equipping of the saints (Apostles, Prophets, Pastors, Preachers, and Teachers). These 5 fold ministry gifts are still alive and active in the Church today. The Church is the manifestation of the Body of Christ today. It is not a place or building. It is a relationship available to Believers.
