Our Mission
St. Jude’s Mission is a Christian Church fully connected to the Anglican Communion, which is the second largest expression of global Christianity totaling what some estimate to be 80 million people worldwide. We are a small part of a larger and determined effort to uphold the beauty and authority of the Bible as the Word of God. Enjoying a rich history of liturgical worship and working toward a fruitful future of Christian discipleship we have set out to be a Church zealous for God and the Great Commission

About St. Jude's Mission
We are an Anglican Church, part of the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA). We enjoy a rich tradition of liturgical worship ending with weekly communion. Following our Sunday worship service, we enjoy a coffee hour to spend time together. Afterwards, we offer Christian education in a small group environment in order to grow, encourage, and disciple one another. We are a small, but growing congregation of mixed ages and life stages.

BELIEFS
St Jude’s is a Christian mission in the Anglican tradition, seeking to contend in truth and love for the faith once delivered to the saints. The mission continues with the oversight and blessing of the Anglican Church in Rwanda.
We hold the Word of God to be what it says it is, God – breathed, and the final authority for all matters of life and faith. The Historic creeds (Apostles Creed, Nicene Creed and Athanasian Creed) and the Thirty Nine Articles summarize the faith in its historic and contemporary expressions.
St Jude’s Mission is a Biblical, Historical, Prayerful and Missional effort to contend for the faith once delivered to the saints in truth and love through the planting of mission minded churches initiated through evangelism.
Biblical: The Word of God, the Christian Bible inspired by God and passed down to us, is God’s perfect rule for our life and faith. We must contend for the faith as delivered to us in the Word of God!
Historical: Our God is the God of history and an understanding of his work throughout history is critical to our knowledge of Him. We must understand and appreciate the history of the Christian faith if we are to contend for it.
Prayerful: We desire to re-establish the priority of prayer in our private and corporate Christian life.
Missional: “The harvest is plentiful”, said Jesus, “but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest field” [Luke 10:2]. I believe that we need to recall the ‘sent one’s’ perspective of the faith once delivered, claiming the authority given us by Christ, and take the gospel to our families, friends, schools, neighborhoods and places of work.
