Our Mission
Hope Rising Community Church exists to reach the lost and strengthen the saved through Jesus Christ. We are a church that believes in reaching out to our community whether it be to help a family who just lost everything in a house fire, to serving at out local food bank, or volunteering at a thrift store to help make money to pull women out of prostitution and sex trafficking in Pittsburgh. We give generously of out time, talents and fiancés to make a difference in our community. We are here for you!

If you're white, black, yellow or somewhere in between, you're welcome here! If you have just been bailed out, paroled out or maxed out, you're in the right place! If you're battling addiction, depression, fear, low self esteem, regrets, shame, peer pressure or a sickness, We are here for you! Whether you're a Democrat, Republican or if you don't vote, whether you were raised Presbyterian, Baptist, Catholic or if this is your first time in a church, We are glad you are here!

We are called to and passionate about "Reaching the lost and strengthening the saved through Jesus Christ". We will leverage all we are and have to show Gods Love, Grace and Acceptance to those who are far from God. While continually strengthening, training, teaching and encouraging the saved through the Power of Jesus Christ. Although our approach may change the Calling will always remain.
WE WILL INVEST IN THE NEXT GENERATION.

We will storm the gates of hell and take back what's rightfully ours. Complacency is not an option, we will stand united under Christ, we will go in His strength, and we will be victorious in tearing down the strongholds that satan has tried to place in our lives, our families and in our city.
WE WILL NOT CONFORM.
We won't bend or shrivel in the face of adversity nor will we water down the Word of God to adapt to a personal preference.
WE WILL GIVE.
Our Church will be generous with our time, talents and finances. We will give sacrificially to the work of God in our city.
WE WILL ACCEPT EVERYONE.
Regardless of your past, race, financial status, criminal history, current situation, political views, fears, marital status, size, shape, inadequacies, what others say or think, reputation, and anything else under the sun. We want you, love you, value you and honor you. YOU ARE WELCOME HERE!

We are a Prodigal Father Church. Instead of waiting for people to come to us, we will go the them. We will actively seek the lost, showing them the hope and freedom found only in Christ.
WE WILL WALK IN FAITH.
We know that if we want to see our city dominated by a move of God, we need to think big. We will continually take bold steps in faith and watch God take our city back.
