Our Mission
Life Point Church exists to present Christ to people in a way that they can understand and their lives can be changed. We do what we do because Jesus did what He did: died on the cross for our sins and rose again to bring us eternal hope.

When you visit you’ll find a come as you are atmosphere, contemporary music, fun & exciting children’s ministry, and a relevant message.
Wondering what to wear? At Life Point Church there is no dress code, just wear whatever makes you comfortable.
Have kids? At Life Point we love kids. We have fully background checked volunteers that will teach your kids a fun and relevant lesson at a level just for them.

God
God is the giver and sustainer of life who manifests himself as Father, Son & Holy Spirit, which we refer to as the Trinity. These three are co-equal and are one God.
Genesis 1:1; John 11:25; Matthew 28:19; Ephesians 2:18; 2 Corinthians 13:14
Jesus
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended into Heaven and will return again to earth to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
Matthew 1:22; 23; Isaiah 9:6; John 1:1-5; 14:10-30;Hebrews 4:14,15; 1 Corinthians 15:3,4; Romans 1:3,4; Acts 1:9-11;1 Timothy 6:14,15; Titus 2:13
Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son of God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. As Christians, we seek to live under His control daily.
2 Corinthians 3:17; John 16:7-13; 14:16,17; Acts 1:8;1 Corinthians 2:12, 3:16; Ephesians 1:13; Galatians 5:25; Ephesians 5:18
Man
Man was created in the image of God. People are the supreme object of God’s creation. Although every person has tremendous potential for good, all of us are marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God called sin. This attitude separates man from God.
Genesis 1:27; Psalm 8:3-6; Isaiah 53:6a, 59:1-2; Romans 3:23
Bible
The Bible was written by men who were moved by the Holy Spirit to pen the very words of God. God used their unique styles and personalities to give us the inerrant and infallible Scriptures. It is the source by which man can gain knowledge of God and guidance for life.
2 Timothy 3:16-17; John 1:1; 2 Peter 1:21; Psalm 119:105
Salvation
God gave his son Jesus to be the sacrifice for the sins of every person. The Scriptures state how this gift of grace is available to all who believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for their sins; it cannot be gained, acquired or lost by any work done by man. When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith we are saved. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his life by faith.
1 John 4:10; John 3:16; Ephesians 2:8-9; John 1:12; Galatians 3:26; Titus 3:5
Eternity
People were created to exist forever. We will either exist eternally separated from God by sin, or eternally with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be separated from God is Hell. To be eternally in union with Him is Heaven. Heaven and Hell are real places of eternal existence.
John 3:16; John 14:17; Romans 6:23; Romans 8:17-18; Revelation 20:15; I Corinthians 2:7-9
Church
We believe Jesus is the founder and builder of the church. He has commissioned and commanded the church to fulfill his will on the earth. This community of believers seeks to follow the example given by churches found in the New Testament.
Matthew 16:18; 18:18-20; Acts 2
Baptism & Lord Supper
Baptism is commanded and demonstrated by Jesus. It is seen throughout Scripture as being only by immersion, illustrating the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The Lord's Supper, also known as communion, is the partaking of the bread and the cup as a continuing memorial of the broken body and shed blood of Christ.
Matthew 28:18-20; Romans 6:35; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26
