About Living Faith Christian Church
We are an independent family church endeavoring to serve God and live as servants of Christ.
Getting Here - You’ll find us right outside of the Apponaug section of Warwick, 1 mile south of the Crowne Plaza hotel. Our church is located on Little Gorton’s Pond. There is a sign right on Greenwich Avenue – pull in and go to the back of the buildings, you’ll see our large parking lot and main entrance after you make the turn. We’ve got plenty of parking.
When Does Sunday Service Begin? - Our services start at 10am each Sunday.
What Should I Wear? - Wear whatever you’d like! Our congregation has a great variety of personalities. Someone will be wearing jeans. Someone will be wearing a suit. We’re a family – and when you’re with your family, you want to be most comfortable and at peace. So don’t stress about what to wear – just come and join us to praise the LORD! And please, bring the whole family!
What About My Kids? - We’re a family church. All are welcome. We have a great children’s ministry that you and your kids will love. We have three age groups spanning from toddlers to twelve. For more information on our children’s ministry, visit our website - www.LivingFaithRI.org
What’s A Service Like? - Our Sunday Services begin with a time of praise and worship. We sing an incredible variety of praise songs – contemporary, traditional, or something unexpected. The point is that our voices are lifted to heaven in praise.
Following our praise and worship, we begin a time of prayer. Because we’re a family church, we usually open up this time for anyone who would like to pray. Praises, thanksgiving, requests, heart felt cries – if someone is on someone’s heart, they are welcome to pray during this time.
We’ll usually have some announcements, take a moment to say “hi” to your neighbor, and then we’ll dismiss the kids to go to their respective groups during one final song before the sermon.
Each week, our pastors are endeavoring to see the LORD’s direction as to what should be preached. Biblical, spirit-directed, and impactful teachings. Our pastor’s are endeavoring to live for the Lord and their teachings help encourage and inspire us to do the same.
We conclude our service with a song and invite you to stay for a bit after and have a cup of coffee, enjoy some refreshments and get to know us. That’s really something we’re looking forward to! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
We really just want to live for Christ! It may sound simple, but it really doesn’t get more complicated than that. In all that we do, we are striving to allow God to create an atmosphere where He can receive the most glory.
