Blacksburg ARP Church belongs to the Associate Reformed Presbyterian denomination. Worship appreciates traditional music with some contemporary songs included. Children have their own bulletins and monthly sermons. Slides are used during the service to enhance participation in worship and study of the Scriptures. Sermons are biblical, practical, and from an historic reformed persuasion, as both the Old and New Testaments are considered. The whole council of God is taught throughout the year in both Sunday School classes for all ages and during the sermon.
