Apostle and Senior Pastor Willie Scott Jr
Pastor Willie Scott Jr., is the son of the late Bishop Willie Scott Sr. and the late Mother Thelma Jackson-Scott. Pastor Scott was born in Goshen, NY and raised in Newburgh, NY. He is the third of five children and the oldest son. Pastor Scott was filled with the Holy Spirit on July 12, 1981. At the age of 23 Pastor Scott moved to Orlando, FL and married the former Sylvia J. Clark of Eatonville, Florida.
They are blessed with two children, daughter Demetria D. Seaverson and son, Willie D. M. Scott III. They have nine grandchildren, Saeyanna, Keyanna, Antwoine, Esstavon, Jeremiah, Aneisha, Willie IV, Tavia and Tennison. After spending 14 years in Orlando, FL, Pastor Scott was led by the Holy Spirit to move to South Carolina (a place where he said he would never live).
Pastor Scott is a Master Barber and Cosmetologist by trade, working in this field for 28 years. Educated in the Orange County, New York public school system, he is a graduate of Newburgh Free Academy. Pastor Scott continued his education attending International Bible Seminary in Plymouth, Florida. Pastor Scott is a graduate of W.L. Bonner College, earning his Bachelor of Religious Studies Degree (with a focus in Pastoral Ministries), graduating Summa Cum Laude and was class valedictorian. Pastor Scott also served as co-president of the student government organization and supervisor of the men's dormitory at the W.L. Bonner College. Pastor Scott is also a graduate of Destiny College International (DCI) earning a Masters Degree in Christian Leadership. Pastor Scott is a U.S. Army veteran.
Pastor Scott was called to preach in 1983. He was ordained as an Elder in 1989 and consecrated as a Bishop in 2004. Pastor Scott is an Apostle, called and ordained by God. He began teaching Sunday school at the age of 8 years old. As an adult he served as adult Sunday school teacher; youth president; deacon; associate minister; assistant treasurer; district youth president; district evangelist; and assistant national youth president.
As a business man Pastor Scott was owner of Scott's Hair Care in Orlando, FL. He and Lady Scott were also owners of B&S Enterprises, selling classy women clothing and hats, also designing and selling Christian T-Shirts.
Pastor Scott was the founder and Pastor of Restoration Covenant Ministries in Whitmire, SC from September 2002 until March 2013, when the Lord led him to plant a church in Norfolk, VA. Pastor Scott is the founder and Pastor of Restoration Church & Ministries; He is also founder and President of Restoration Outreach and Community Development Corporation.
Pastor Scott is also the founder of United Body of Christ Fellowship; a fellowship working to unite the Body of Christ according to the Word of God and tear down denominational walls.
Pastor Scott loves to teach the Word, loves people, is known as a man of God, and a man of integrity, who speaks the truth and will not compromise the truth of God's Word.
