Good Shepherd is an Anglican or Episcopal Church in the Reformed Tradition.
We accept
- The Bible as the inspired Word of God, inerrant and infallible, and containing all doctrine necessary for salvation
- The Creeds as summaries of the Christ faith
- The first four Ecumenical Councils of the Church
- The threefold ministry of Bishop, priest (presbyter), and deacon as being of Apostolic institution
Our primary doctrinal statement is the Thirty-nine Articles of Religion of 1571, as revised in 1801.
We are a liturgical congregation that uses both the 1928 and 1662 Anglican/Episcopal Books of Common Prayer.
