Our Mission
Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel.
Our vision here at The Door Church is to whole-heartedly embrace The Great Commission that Jesus set forth in Mark 16:15 "Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel." Until the day that Jesus Christ returns for His church, we will consider this task unfinished and continue to be witnesses of the Good News throughout the nations.

BELIEFS
Our belief that world impact begins in the local church is rooted in Acts 1:8. Before Jesus ascended into heaven, He instructed His disciples to "...be My witnesses, telling people about Me everywhere--Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth" (Acts 1:8). In this statement, Jesus was instructing His disciples to first begin spreading the Gospel in their local community of Jerusalem.
In 1973, Pastor Warner and his wife Mona answered the call of God on their lives to plant a church in Tucson. Decades later, from a small church on Veteran's Boulevard The Door Church has grown to become a congregation of over a thousand members which has faithfully served as a church-planting hub for Tucson, the United States, and nations throughout the world. Following Christ's example, we disciple, train, and equip pastors to plant churches around the world.
In the United States and internationally, The Door Church now serves as the mother and grandmother church to more than 500+ churches in 42+ foreign nations. Each church that is planted shares the same vision of church-planting and disciple-making.
Jesus set forth a challenge in Luke 10:2, "The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray The Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest." We here at The Door Church will continue to answer this call by making disciples, planting churches, and reaching the lost until Jesus Christ returns.
