City of Refuge Christian Ministries COGIC

Our mission is based on Luke 4:18-19: “The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD. We have been called of God to be a refuge for those who have been hurt, brokenhearted and oppressed by not only the world but also the church. Our mission will always be to proclaim the life saving liberty of Jesus Christ. Our aim is to teach and preach to whomever has ears to hear; no matter the color of their skin, race or origin; no matter how many tattoos or body piercings; no matter how many broken relationships; no matter how many things you have done wrong; no matter what clothes you wear. We are a CHURCH WITHOUT WALLS.
