The mission of Bible Believers Church of Los Banos is to glorify God by preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every soul within our reach — without compromise, without apology, and without deviation from the Word of God.
We are committed to:
Preaching the Truth — Every service is built on the King James Bible, the Authorized Version of 1611, which we hold to be the perfect, preserved Word of God for English-speaking people. We preach expository, doctrinal sermons that feed the flock and equip believers to stand firm in the faith.
Winning Souls — We believe every Christian is called to be a witness. Our church engages in daily personal evangelism throughout Los Banos and the Central Valley, nursing home ministry throughout Merced County, domestic mission trips across the United States, and international missionary outreach to Mexico — ministering in both English and Spanish.
Making Disciples — We are committed to growing believers in sound doctrine through weekly Bible study, prayer, discipleship, and the faithful teaching of God's Word. We do not water down the Gospel or compromise Biblical standards to attract a crowd.
Building the Local Church — We believe the local, independent Baptist church is God's ordained institution for this age. We are committed to building a strong, faithful congregation in Los Banos, California that will stand as a lighthouse of truth in the Central Valley for generations to come.

Bible Believers Church of Los Banos is an independent, fundamental, KJV-only Baptist church located in Los Banos, California — in the heart of the Central Valley. Founded in 2019, our purpose is singular: to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and win souls to the Lord through the uncompromising preaching and teaching of the King James Bible.

We are not a social club or a feel-good church. We are a Bible-believing, soul-winning local church that holds firmly to the foundational doctrines of the historic Baptist faith — salvation by grace through faith alone, the literal death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the eternal security of the believer, and the preserved, perfect Word of God in the Authorized Version 1611.
Our ministry reaches far beyond our local church building. We preach the Gospel in nursing homes throughout Los Banos and Merced County, conduct personal evangelism daily throughout the community, organize mission trips across the United States, and lead missionary outreach into Mexico — ministering in both English and Spanish.
We welcome anyone who is hungry for the truth of God's Word. Many of our members and visitors drive up to two hours to hear sound, uncompromising Bible doctrine preached faithfully every week. If you are looking for a church that will give you the truth — you have found it.

Bible Believers Church actively ministers to the elderly in nursing homes throughout Los Banos and Merced County. We bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ, prayer, and the comfort of God's Word to men and women in the final seasons of their lives — pointing them to the hope of salvation in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Personal Evangelism & Street Preaching
Our church engages in daily personal evangelism throughout Los Banos and the surrounding communities. We believe every Christian is a soul-winner and we actively train and equip our members to share the Gospel in everyday life — in neighborhoods, businesses, and public spaces.
Domestic Missions
We organize and lead mission trips to underserved communities throughout the United States, bringing the Gospel to areas and people who need to hear the truth of Jesus Christ. These trips are planned, led, and supported by our local church body.
International Missions — Mexico
We conduct regular missionary outreach trips to Mexico, preaching the Gospel in both English and Spanish to communities in need of salvation. Pastor Ramirez ministers bilingually, allowing us to reach Spanish-speaking souls both locally and internationally.
Spanish-Language Ministry
We minister to Spanish-speaking members of our community in Los Banos and throughout the Central Valley, the Bay Area, South Santa Clara County, and San Benito County — breaking language barriers to bring the Gospel to all people.
Thursday Night Bible Study
Every Thursday at 7:00 PM we gather for an in-depth Bible study covering missionary letters, prayer requests, and a verse-by-verse study of the Holy Scriptures — followed by open Q&A. All are welcome.
Saturday Preaching Service & Fellowship
Every Saturday at 1:00 PM we gather for congregational hymns, special music, prayer meeting, the main preaching service from the King James Bible, lunch fellowship, and evangelism outreach. This is our primary weekly gathering as a church family.
Outreach Throughout the Central Valley
Our ministry reaches communities throughout Merced County and the greater Central Valley including Merced, Atwater, Madera, Fresno, and Visalia — as well as South Santa Clara County and San Benito County. We go where the Gospel is needed.
All Services Open to the Public — Everyone Welcome
Bible Believers Church of Los Banos warmly welcomes the public to every service and ministry we offer. You do not need to be a member to attend. Come as you are, bring your Bible, and come with an open heart.

Thursday Evening Bible Study — 7:00 PM
Every Thursday at 7:00 PM we open our doors to the public for an interactive Bible study. The evening includes:

Verse-by-verse study of the Holy Scriptures from the King James Bible
Open Q&A — bring your questions
This is an ideal setting for anyone who is new to the faith, searching for answers, or wanting to go deeper in the Word of God.
Prayer Request Ministry
Anyone in the community — member or not — is welcome to submit a prayer request. We pray over every request submitted through our website at biblebelieverslosbanos.com or by calling us directly at (209) 752-7111. You do not have to attend our church to receive prayer.
Nursing Home Visitation
We regularly visit nursing home residents throughout Los Banos and Merced County. If you have a loved one in a nursing home who would benefit from a visit, prayer, and the Gospel — contact us and we will make every effort to reach them.
Evangelism & Soul-Winning Outreach
Our church conducts regular evangelism throughout Los Banos and the Central Valley. If you would like someone to come speak with you about salvation, the Bible, or matters of faith — call us or reach out through our website. We will come to you.

Bible Believers Church of Los Banos holds firmly to the foundational doctrines of the historic, independent Baptist faith. Every belief we hold is drawn entirely from the King James Bible — the Authorized Version of 1611 — which we believe to be the perfect, preserved Word of God for English-speaking people.
The Bible — We believe the KJV is the sole, final authority for all matters of faith and practice. We reject all modern Bible versions as corrupt and doctrinally deficient.
God — We believe in one triune God, eternally existing in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — co-equal, co-eternal, and co-identical in nature and perfection.
Jesus Christ — We believe in the full deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His vicarious death on the cross for the sins of mankind, His literal bodily resurrection, and His literal bodily ascension into Heaven.
Salvation — We believe salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone. Any repentant sinner who calls upon the Lord Jesus Christ in faith is saved, eternally secured, and can never lose their salvation. We reject salvation by works, Calvinism, Lordship Salvation, and all forms of easy believism.
Hell and Heaven — We believe in a literal, eternal Hell for the unsaved and a literal, eternal Heaven for the redeemed. There is no purgatory, no second chance after death, and no universalism.
The Church — We believe in the local, independent Baptist church as God's ordained institution for this age — led by a pastor and deacons, practicing baptism by immersion and the Lord's Supper as the only two ordinances.
Separation — We believe Christians are called to live godly, separated lives — rejecting sinful activities, worldly influence, contemporary music, and ecumenical compromise.
The Last Days — We believe in the imminent, pre-tribulation rapture of the church, followed by the seven-year Tribulation, and the literal thousand-year reign of Jesus Christ on earth from Jerusalem.
Creation — We believe God created the universe in six literal 24-hour days. We reject evolution in all its forms.
Witnessing — We believe every Christian is commanded to witness to the lost by every available means — street preaching, tract distribution, personal evangelism, and missions.
