Where people gather to worship, share and learn… A growing church serving a growing community
We want the church to become like the beautiful picture of Heaven in Revelation 7:9-10 – a great multitude that no one can count, from every tribe, tongue and nation. We move forward in this mission by reaching out to the community and telling them about Jesus Christ, our Savior. We make welcome EVERYONE to our church services and hope they too will become a part of our local body of Christ.

About First Baptist Church Stockbridge
Stockbridge First Baptist Church was founded on September 1, 1917 with 18 charter members. We are a member of the Southside Baptist Network, the Georgia Baptist Mission Board, and the Southern Baptist Convention. In 2020, the church called Rev. Emmanuel Ofori-Atta as the senior pastor and meets every Sunday morning and evening in the worship center behind the old sanctuary and education building. The original sanctuary that faces Henry Blvd. is now the Youth Center. Please feel free to park in the parking lot on the right of the main buildings and enter through the side or front doors.
