Hillside Baptist Church is a Reformed Baptist church in Pembroke, NH, near Concord, committed to the authority of the Bible and the good news of Jesus Christ.
We believe the Bible is God’s Word, fully trustworthy and our final authority for faith and life. We believe that all people are sinners in need of salvation, and that God saves by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ, who lived, died, and rose again.
We believe salvation is entirely the work of God’s grace—from beginning to end—and that He faithfully keeps His people. This leads us to humility, gratitude, and confidence in Him.
We believe the church is a community of baptized believers who gather for worship, grow through the preaching of God’s Word, and seek to love one another and make Christ known.
Our worship is simple and reverent, centered on prayer, congregational singing, and clear, verse-by-verse Bible teaching.
In partnership with the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) and the Baptist Churches of New England (BCNE), we subscribe to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000, while remaining rooted in the historic Reformed Baptist faith reflected in the 1689 London Baptist Confession.
