Every Sunday we meet from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. We also have children’s classes and community groups from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Nursery is available from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

About Discipleship Community Church
At Discipleship Community Church, our mission is to make disciples – followers, students, and imitators of Christ – by teaching God’s Word with love, humility, and boldness. We are committed to teaching God’s Word verse-by-verse and teaching theology in a way everyone can understand. During the Sunday service, we sing contemporary praise songs and some traditional hymns. So come as you are, wear your everyday wear, and know we are all here to learn God’s Word together and to glorify Him!

BELIEFS
We consider ourselves to be Reformed, Baptist, and Evangelical Christians. Being such, we believe in the Holy Trinity, that God is completely sovereign over everything, including salvation, that Jesus is the only way to Heaven, that He is Lord over all, and that we should not waiver from the Word of God as it is infallible and inspired by the Holy Spirit.
We teach the Doctrines of Grace:
Total Depravity - Mankind has been corrupted by sin. We are sinners by nature, captive to our sin, and spiritually dead and unable to choose to follow God until He gives us a new heart. (Isaiah 64:6, Jeremiah 17:9,Romans 3:10-11, Romans 8:7, Ephesians 2:1-5)
•Unconditional Election - God chose who would be saved (“the elect”), regardless of their merit or any action on their part. (John 1:13, Acts 13:48, Romans 9:11-16, 1 Corinthians 1:27-29, Ephesians 1:4-5, 2 Timothy 1:9)
•Limited Atonement – Jesus died for and in place of the elect, and through His sacrifice they are pardoned for their sin and reconciled to God. (John 10:15, Ephesians 5:25-27, Colossians 2:14, Titus 2:14, 1 John 4:10)
•Irresistible Grace - In God’s timing, all who are elected will be drawn to Him, believe, and be saved. (John 6:37 & 44, Acts 13:48, Ephesians 2:4-5)
•Perseverance of the Saints – Once saved, a person is always saved; no one can lose their salvation. (John 6:37, John 10:28-30, Ephesians 1:13-14, Philippians 1:6)
We also believe in the five Sola’s which are:
•Sola scriptura (Scripture alone) – The Bible contains all the instruction needed to be saved and live a holy life; it is the final authority for all doctrine. Tradition, confessions and creeds, or any other authority are valid only as far as they are in agreement with the Bible.
•Sola gratis (Grace alone) – Salvation is by God’s grace alone, a gift that can’t be earned.
•Sola Christus (Christ alone) - Salvation is through Christ alone; it is only possible because Christ lived a sinless life, took the punishment for our sin when He died on the cross, and rose to act as the mediator between God and man.
•Sola fide (Faith alone) – Justification (pardon) is received through faith alone, and not because of or through any other action or good work.
•Sola Deo gloria (Glory to God alone) – All of life is to be lived to glorify God alone; we are created for His glory.
Additionally, we believe in teaching the whole counsel of God, so we will preach through the whole Bible, verse by verse.
